Maturing your IT Financial Management Practice

This workshop offers a practical, continuous‑improvement approach to advancing your ITFM practice without requiring a major project. Participants will explore all pillars of ITFM - Planning, Investment Management, Cost Transparency, Allocation, and Benchmarking - and learn how to strengthen each area through right‑sized steps that fit into existing workloads. The session incorporates elements of TBM, FinOps, and AI for IT Finance, and provides tools, metrics, and examples that help teams shift from reporting functions to true FP&A partners for IT. Attendees will leave with a realistic, actionable plan for maturing their practice over time.
