How we can help
Bundled Advisory Hours allow companies to retain us for ITFM, TBM, and /or Service Portfolio domain advisory, Software/System implementation and/or troubleshooting, or ITFM/TBM operationalization planning.
Time might be spent answering questions, leading workshops, or in educational efforts.
No formal new documents are produced during this process. We offer the following tiered bundles of advisory hours
Package 1
5 hours of ITFM SME - used in 30-minute increments; good for 6 months from time of purchase, with a blanket PO for additional hours, billed in one-hour segments.
Package 2
10 hours of ITFM SME* -used in 30-minute increments; good for 6 months from time of purchase, with a blanket PO for additional hours billed in one-hour segments.
Package 3
20 hours of ITFM SME* - used in 30-minute increments; good for 6 months from time of purchase, with a blanket PO for additional hours billed in one-hour segments.
*Some restrictions considering response timing, availability, and other considerations may apply. Hours can be delivered remotely or on-site.
