Building a FinOps Roadmap

A well‑structured roadmap is essential for launching, maturing, or recalibrating a FinOps program. This workshop walks participants through the key elements of roadmap creation, including capability assessment, prioritization, sequencing, and alignment with business goals. Drawing on lessons learned from numerous real‑world FinOps roadmaps, we will help attendees understand how to evaluate their current maturity, identify meaningful milestones, and the basics of how to design a roadmap that is both strategic and achievable. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to guide their organization toward a more effective and sustainable FinOps practice.
