Cloud Services Evaluation
Once per month, Thavron resources will evaluate for new services added in the Cloud Consumption Data Sets. Thavron will also evaluate and report on trends in Tagging Data Gaps and their financial impacts.
Service Owner Read-Out
Leveraging either your FinOps platform, or one that Thavron provides, we will prepare an executive and service owner read-out on variance and trends of note for cloud services. Issues of concern and/or potential cost optimization opportunities will be highlighted.
IT Domain Owner Read-Out
Wherever data is available, Thavron will prepare an executive and IT Domain Owner read-out on Cloud usage in Applications, Services, and Direct Consumption. Issues of concern and/or cost optimization opportunities as well as trends, variances, and IT wins will be highlighted. This will be information that can inform the discussions that the IT Domain Owners have with their respective Business Partners.
